This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to make a significant impact in a company that is committed to improving the lives of people around the world. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement bidding strategies to successfully compete in the market + Lead a team of bid analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the bidding process + Work closely with colleagues within the company to establish bid necessities and guarantee the precise and timely preparation of all essential documents. + Conduct detailed analysis of bid opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis, to inform bidding strategies + Be responsible for the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements + Continuously assess and improve the bidding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies. **Qualifications** + Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience proven through relevant work history. + Validated experience in bid management or a similar role + At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry + Validated experience with Mercado Público, Chile Compra & Convenio Marco (Exclusive) + Knowledge of public procurement law + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Excellent communication and negotiation skills + Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting where meeting timelines is critical. + Required Habilites: leadership capabilities, autonomy, social skills, proactivity and strategic vision. + Intermediate English + Desirable: knowledge in Healthcare´s Business intelligence software (such as Falconsoft or Masnet).
